The solution :
To as – new spec including, industrial quality stanchion re-chroming made in the UK, and machine polishing of sliders as required.
Optionally we can fit upgraded damping cartridges to the forks which are set to your weight, these are also made in the UK by a racing specialist which has been doing this for 30+ years.
Your fork can be rebuilt or done by service exchange for a reconditioned one.

the CBR xx is known to be over damped and undersprung, the front end bottoms out, there are 2 uprated tare settings riders 80 to 100 kg, / riders 100 kg on up to be used with clean damper cartridges and 5w oil, ride conformity is vastly improved and no more bottoming out.

The original showa rear shock is fixed rate and oversprung, this conversion kit will make the suspension fully adjustable for compression rebound and preload , the spring is softer and suitable for 1 up riding, the adpater hanger replaces the original hanger to compensate for the shorter shock unit.
